Atul Kochhar, chef patron of Vatika and Benares restaurant and Chef Jitin Joshi executive head chef of Vatika have opened their kitchens  to people wanting to learn more about their contemporary approach to British Indian cooking.  Come to Vatika and experience the unique opportunity to learn and observe the secrets behind their great food, with an interesting array of demonstration classes perfect for the warm British summer months.

All master classes include lunch complemented with a glass of champagne. Also included in the price is a signed copy of Atul's critically acclaimed book Indian essence and a selection of Vatika's signature spiced salts with accompanying salt holders and embossed aprons.

Please note individual spaces for private one to one classes are not available, however larger groups of exclusive classes can be pre arranged for up to 8-10 guests.
